"Lovely Lebanese food. Could have given five star but should improve the customer service. One guy working on the floor and he just stay behind, responded very less for our calls from table had to call few times for his attention. Interior design looked really good and came to know bit more about Lebanese cuisine. Went with friends, we enjoyed the mixed grill and lamb skewers was really amazing loved the taste so much perfectly cooked. Bread is freshly made and felt the warmness when served, best with humus. I’m a rice lover, tasted different and enjoyed eating the Lebanese way with meat. Price looked like at higher end but worth the money. Lovely atmosphere and amazing food. Try it out."

"I was staying in Harrow and came across this restaurant with good reviews, so I decided to visit. The staff were very helpful with opening the door and finding a seat for me as I use a wheelchair. They accept card payments and I really liked the interior decor. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. I opted for the £6 set breakfast but added some extras, and also enjoyed a milky coffee as an extra. The prices were very reasonable and I would definitely be a regular if I lived in the area. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who cooked and assisted me, but I am grateful for his help as not everyone is as accommodating to disabled individuals. I highly recommend this place. There is parking available at Lidl and the venue is wheelchair accessible, although the toilet is not. However, I am able to walk short distances. The total bill for three of us was under £30 and the portions were generous."

I think I mentioned that none of the six of us had had Xmas Day Lunch out before across combined ages of nearly 350 years! We chose you to celebrate with you as we have always been delighted with the food, ambience and team when we have eaten with you. Christmas Day was no exception … everything was perfect. We loved the food, the atmosphere, service was excellent and not rushed and everyone was delighted with their choices. I would heartily recommend you to anyone for any occasion and handling all your clients so brilliantly during what was a really busy service showed how good you are at what you do. "Last time we attended Ora we had a great meal, this time it was poor , my wife had prawns there were 4 prawns at £7.95, wrong. For main I had roast beef, my wife had burger, my beef was chewy, I did state this to the waitress who replied you should have asked how you wanted it rare or medium, in my opinion the waitress should have asked me how I wanted my beef, the vegetables were nice but a very small portion, the potatoes tasted as though they had been reheated , the waitress cleared my wife’s starter before I had finished, my Yorkshire pudding was soggy, Im sorry but did not enjoy my experience this time, my wife thought the burger she had for mains was poor last time my wife had the burger she said it was the best she had had, we were not asked if we wanted any sauces, the owners were good but the waitress seemed inexperienced . Very disappointed."
