"We came here for coffee a few weeks ago, and I spotted the menu. Today we came for lunch. Delicious food. The pub is old, very pretty, with flowers in the garden, and on the tables. A good place to bring visitors to show them old England. We ordered a burger, a halloumi burger and the fish and chips. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was really nice, and more than we could eat. It was slightly pricey compared to other places, but given the setting I felt it was worth the price. I had the malteser cheesecake, which was perfect. Am tempted to return often, just for dessert and coffee (not sure if that’s allowed). Everything seemed clean, including the washrooms. Definitely worth a visit."

Awesome food, beautiful building. Best of all the staff went above an beyond to help my elderly who has mobility issues...didn't have to...but went the extra mile. Highly reccomend...and thanks

Lovely place! The food is a bit pricey but it's worth it, delicious and big portions. The staff were all really friendly and nice. Cozy and nicely decorated with a large area outside to enjoy in the sun.

I had the boneless pork chop that was amazing. All of the staff was so helpful and accommodating. Excellent choice for dinner. As a bonus they have a large parking lot so you don't need to hunt for a parking place. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Visualizza piatti

My family and I would just like to send you an immense thank you, and to the chefs and staff at the Wheatsheaf. We were 50 guests. And the Buffet was amazing!! A wonderful selection of delicious dishes, beautifully presented, fresh and tasty! The staff were all lovely!

They fit us in as we were driving there, having abandoned our initial plans to dine at Henry VIII when we learnt that they weren't doing any Sunday roast (I believe they're having staffing issues). We weren't sorry at the end. The Wheatsheaf had great, attentive service and excellent Sunday roast! Highly recommended.
