Attentive and professional service. Warm and quick-witted boss. Nice, clear menu with local products. Fine food, something suitable for everyone. Fantastic Graubünden nut cake.

Capun ist unglaublich. Die Rösti eine Sensation und das Graubündner Rindsfilet das beste was ich je gegessen habe. Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Und der lokale Wein, uff. tina was serving us and can i just say how hard she works ?! she was the only staff here and she was whizzing around making breakfast for everyone while engaging in conversations with all the guests !! she showed us all the nice things to do around here and was so friendly and lovely !

Terrasse .. hat uns nicht gefallen.Bedienung.. Freundlich, sollte aber bei der Bestellung zuhören und nicht aufhalbem Weg wieder davon laufen.Essen.. Gut, Salat zu grosse Blätter gerüstet und wässerige Salatsauce.Rösti.. Gut gebraten und knusprig.Wir werden sicher wiedereinmal vorbeischauen.

Die Küche schliesst um 21:00 Uhr, so dass es etwas Überredungskunst benötigte uns doch noch etwas Warmes zu verkaufen und deshalb hier ein Top-Resultat verhindert. Was dann aber gekocht und serviert worden ist, verdient ein Lob. Traditionelle regionale Küche, in Top-Qualität zu fairen Preisen in typischem Ambiete zu geniessen, war dann toll. Very good kitchen for local specialties, I had breakfast, lunch and dinner at Parlatsch since I stayed here for two days. Weren’t disappointment with my high expectations about the location away from the noisy town of Flims. Hotel rooms are very clean and up-to-date may be a bit small but most people come here to enjoy the cozy restaurant and beautiful outdoors. Highly recommend, will come back next year

Alle paar Monate essen wir auf der Hinfahrt in die Surselva im Parlatsch. Das Restaurant ist oft gut gebucht, eine vorgängige Reservation lohnt sich. Im Sommer ein Platz auf der grossen und sehr schönen Gartenterrasse buchen.Die Speisen sind mehrheitlich regional und sehr gut. Mein Favorit ist Capuns. Der Service aufmerksam und freundlich (auch wenn das Restaurant bis auf den letzten Platz besetzt ist). Tipp, die hausgemachten Wähenstücke können auf Anfrage auch mitgenommen werden. Sie sind auch am Folgetag noch lecker.
