Excellent experience. Nowadays it is rare to find adequate service even in a fine dining restaurant. All courses were delivered well spaced and with adequate timing. The quality of the ingredients and the innovation of some proposals on the menu were much appreciated while maintaining respect for the original dishes. Complete wine list and very nice atmosphere. A lunch alone in this Chinese restaurant rightly considered among the best in Milan. It is located in the Marghera area and the environment is a beautiful synthesis between modern furnishings and ancient, the structure is characterized by high ceilings and vaults with old exposed bricks. The food is definitely of an excellent standard, as is the service. I ate an excellent raw crab and two varieties of Dim Sum: with scallops filling, excellent, and with lobster filling, good.

Per il pranzo di domenica abbiamo scelto il menu proposto per il Capodanno Cinese e, prima di tutto, devo dire che l'ho trovato molto ben concepito, con un interessante crescendo di sapori. Ho trovato i piatti offerti tutti validi, con ingredienti di indubbia qualità e precisione nell'esecuzione, ma i miei preferiti, oltre alla selezione di Dim Sum, sono stati l'astice saltato in padella con sale e pepe, sorprendente nella sua semplicità, e la pancetta di maiale succosa e croccante, la migliore che abbia mai mangiato. L'esperienza è completata dalla location elegante e rilassante e dal personale che onora la proverbiale ospitalità asiatica. Un'esperienza bellissima che desidero già ripetere. Visualizza piatti
