"So what about one of my favorite restaurants...it doesn't look like much in an industrial area...but the warm atmosphere and the welcome...giant...afterwards we talk about the pasta food madness ... it's the first time I've had the cook come out with the pan to offer extra at no extra charge ... and really very decent prices ... I go back there from time to time when I am in Martigny, for me it is an exceptional address for its simplicity, its sense of service and above all the quality of what it serves... "Wir haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht, während wir im Hotel waren. Die Gastgeberin Kellnerin war ausgezeichnet und das Essen war gut zubereitet. Wir hatten das Prix Fixe-Menü am ersten Abend und es war eine Menge Essen, daher bestellten wir das nächste Mal von der Speisekarte.Obwohl das Essen als peruanisch vermarktet wird, sah ich nichts auf der Speisekarte, die spezifisch für Peru schien, aber das Essen war ausgezeichnet."

"We have been going to this restaurant for 15 years to eat pizza on a regular basis. Unfortunately today we were let down. In the midst of moving, my husband sits down at the table with our three children to order a maxi pizza, salads and drinks. The waitress tells him that it is no longer possible to order a maxi pizza (beginning of July we did the same thing) for the simple reason that one day customers ate a maxi and occupied a table for three hours... My husband asks his nephew who was in the service at the time for more information. The latter received him as an occasional customer, no gesture towards us by proposing him 14 other pizzerias in Martigny. Shame about this rude attitude towards us, we used to enjoy this restaurant."

"Friendly, smiling and professional service! The burgers are iiiiiiincredible and well worth their price! I often eat at the restaurant (I love it) and I will return to beefore without hesitation, really. For all that, it's a 5 star, because you can't put more. I took off a star because two of us asked to replace one ingredient with another and we were still charged a supplement when we could consider that the ingredients were equivalent in terms of price (bacon instead of raw ham onion confit instead of chorizo). We found that unfortunate. There may be a small change to make on this side and after that it will be perfect ."

"This restaurant opened last year It has a very intersting menu mostly as the name indicates fish and meat. The cuisine is very creative and the chef uses very fresh ingredients. If he doesn't have something fresh he doesn't serve it! Prices are...reasonable and the staff are delightful! Tables are well spaced and there is a nice little garden for outside dining in the summer. the location right next to the UBS on the Place Centrale is perfect. Their fricassé of gambas is great shrimp are already peeled and the sauce is very tasty. The Boulliabase du Chef is lovely again, very fresh fish and you can taste each different fish instead of having them swamped by the taste of the sauce. There is a plat du jour each day at lunchtime. Average cost of a meal for us, including courses and of open wine was around for two. However it wasn't really necessary to have the dessert!! But my husband said the Tarte Tatin was the best he ever ate!"
