"I went with my partner for Christmas dinner after b12, I received a text from them asked me to confirm to answer was £2 so I didn't bother when they knew we had booked and paid. the starter was a little strange. pictorial, that tasted bitter, I wasn't at all fan of it. then I had a canine ravioli as an appetizer, that was divine and I would fortunately have eaten much more than at all. then we had a herring, with an eastern European inheritance and my mother tried to eat me hering at several places, I knew I would not like to as it is not to my taste and I am especially about seafood, I tried a little and dislike it, my partner loved it and had mine too. we had a sorbet between the curses. the truthahn porn was all in order I didn't like the taste of the chipolata sausage, but my partner did that part was quite large with a lot of go veg, so was filling. for dessert I had the chocolate parfait that was beautiful and I enjoyed it, I didn't like the Beetroot ice cream that accompanied it, which was just strange. I think it could have worked if it had white chocolate in it or crumb with it, but on its own it did not work for me. the cheeses were a good choice and there was a black cheese that was particularly delicious. the service was police and efficient. overall we enjoyed the experience, there were some highlights like the rabbit ravioli, and the chocolate parrot, some things that were in order, and some things that were simply not on my taste. we would go back, yes I think we would and I would mainly go back when Hasen-Ravioli was on the menu."

A fabulous night out! Food was amazing! Absolutely delicious Staff are excellent and all so friendly Entertainment by Jason Lines was superb! Can’t wait to go back, definitely when he’s on The best restaurant in Hailsham by far! B12 and Bucklers never disappoint!

From start to finish an excellent experience, we popped in for lunch and had the 3 course special menu, mini ploughman's followed by beef stroganoff and the lemon tart to finish. All of which were absolutely stunning, just the right size and perfect timing between...courses. A little gem of a place

we would praise b12. melvyn and his team surpassed us all for our high time and later at bucklers. waiting at the bar for a drink and not even get a recognition when they wait for almost ten minutes, bringing a bit of a downer to what at first impressions a really nice bar. shame as hailsham is limited in its options and...whether a device like b12 would do a better job. not much to ask but only to recognize the customers

First time visit to this restaurant. I was so impressed first of all by the refurbishment of this establishment, which is on three floors. Went to a special Spanish tapas night which was most enjoyable. Atmosphere, great food and drink, together with Spanish flamenco dancers,...such a great evening. All in all, a fabulous evening. Would fully recommend this place. They also have the cafe, Bucklers, also in Hailsham.

Cannot fault my meal/experience at B12 last night. B12 was decorated beautifully for the festive season. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere great. From their Christmas menu I chose pheasant, sea bass and the cheese board. Everything was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed...every mouthful. Great flavours and well presented. Portions were small-ish but I genuinely don’t think I could have eaten any more by the end of the meal. I’d happily return to eat more of the same. The cocktails were great too. my man and I and a large group of friends celebrated silvester here and the atmosphere was electric! also my daughter and her friends had a brilliant time. a mix of aging with a great time. the buffet was totally amazing and so... a lot of it! eating is always top-class here. not only eating here, but also outside catering. my friend used b12 for her high time and it was delicious. melvyn and his team, luke, jake and all worked so hard that we all had a new year to remember. the dj was also excellent for all age groups. we have so much luck with b12 and bucklers in our city, my friends and I come every week. Many thanks melvyn and team can not wait for the next event. happy 2022!

My husband and I visited B12 Restaurant for lunch. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were made to feel very welcome by our friendly male server. We started with the cured Monkfish and Pork ragu. Although the flavours in the cured Monkfish dish...were good, the dish was marred by the lack of freshness of the fish. The Pork Ragu and tagliatelle dish was very tasty but overly salty. For our main course, we both had the chicken Ballotine with creamed spinach. The chicken was overcooked and dry and there was very little spinach on the plate, so overall very disappointing.
