"It is a former perfume factory, and the menu has the particularity of being combined with essences to smell before eating the dish. Well prepared and well presented dishes. Good combinations with essences that are never cloying. Some unfortunate choices in wanting to be alternative (breading and frying oysters should be a crime but really of little importance, compared to a truly intriguing menu. We can only compliment the chef, also for his kindness in greeting guests as they left. The only sore point were the waiters: the service seemed like that of a school canteen; it doesn't matter that you may be there to hold your partner's hand or that you are talking about sensitive topics such as bereavement, the waiter slams the plate in front of you as if he had 200 more deliveries to make. It's not something I would complain about in an easy-going place, but when you spend more than €100 per person, you also want a certain attention to the service. For the same reason, I was disappointed that there was only one card per essence at the table. After the COVID epidemic, something where bringing the nostrils together would be more appropriate for the exclusive use of one person. These details aside, the food deserves a round of applause and the atmosphere was certainly elegant."

Hotel rooms good quality and stylish but lacking soul. Staff polite and helpful . Restaurant however was not matching the 5 star rating. Dishes were dry and tasteless and very expensive for the quality. No atmosphere and felt damp. The food had no personality . 280 Euros for 2 courses , 3 people with 2 glasses of wine in total.
