"the first impression at the arrival was disappointing: the dame at the reception did not seem too happy to see us even though we had a table reserved, or at least it did not show it. the dining room is beautiful, the rôtissoire beautiful and the whole restaurant full. light with a mix of modern and old styles. the Tarte-Fambée was great in the did: freshly prepared and cooked in many times that we could see from our table. excellent calf meat, perfectly cooked and very delicate and tasty. the T-bone was generous and okay, nothing extraordinary unfortunately. very decent weinliste. good desserts. toilets clean. I am convinced that these young can make better with a warmer attitude towards customers."

slightly slower service to start, but the dinge improved in this very busy restaurant. delicious food. not open every day, so try to be open in the common at a tag restaurant.

we were recommended this place for lunch by the team in the nearby hugel weinkellerei. we had a nice lunch outside in the sunshine, typical Alsatian dishes well cooked. the personal was friendly and welcoming. would recommend everyone to visit this charming village.

Very good restaurant with modern, cozy rooms. They have a flammkuchen oven and serve excellent flammkuchen, including original recipes (try one with the asparagus during spring). The staff is friendly and speaks English. The restaurant is located on the main street of Riquewihr.

Came to eat lunch without reservation, we were able to eat without problem. On the other hand, very disappointed with the local menu which costs around €30, the starter of the flamenkuch, let's say 1/4 of a whole one. I was thinking of an assortment as described, but then there was this quarter with 2 differences. Dish: very good roast ham, but really light in quantity, a micro slice barely 5 mm thick the dessert was very good the service is friendly too bad for the quantity, because in the evening we ate not very far away, and the quantity was triple and of good quality the room is nice. in the lower room, close to the toilets, there is a strong smell

"L'Alchemille is a 1 star Michelin restaurant located in the Alsatian village of Kaysersberg.The menu here is a surprise, you just get to choose between 5, 7 or 9 course. The chef will gives what what he wants, what's fresh that time in his garden, and what he feels like cooking. I like the element of surprise so it wasn't an issue. Before you're asked if there are any ingredients you don't eat, or if you have any allergies,Service is good, not so much fluent in English but in a way or another you get to communicate. Wine list is good and includes wines for everyone's budget, somellier is more towards selling expensive wines, but he knows his job.Dinner kicked off with a bottle of Cremant,a nicely presented amouse bouche and fresh bread, It then followed with a variety of dishes which included potato mousse, beef tomato with basil snow. deer tartare, salmon, mustard zabaion, pigeon leg, munster and 2 desserts. The star of the night was the beef tomato with herbs and basil snow, followed by the pigeon with glazed peas, carrot puree and pigeon juice. To finish off we were given some petit fours, not bad but it can be improved.We later had a chat with chef Jerome Jaegle who surely has a passion for what he does, and no wonder he was awarded a Michelin star, his creativity on a daily basis is something few can do and maintain such a standard.Total came to around €130 including mid priced wine, 9 course is reasonably priced at €78.If you're in the area, it's a place you'd love to visit. I'll be back."
