"Had a lovely lunch with a group of friends and family! Had the Chicken Schnitzel, the portion was fairly big, not as crispy as I had expected it to be, but that was likely due to the butter that ran through from the young potatoes. Also had Sticky Toffee Pudding, my weakness when it comes to desserts it was super nice that they did replace the clotted cream with ice cream as per my request, loads of caramel sauce that got soaked up quickly!"

Second time that I have walked for over 3 hours to get here only to find it shut. This despite the website saying that they are open until 22.00. Advise you call prior to setting off.
