First one in, waited 2 hours to get our main which had to be canceled. Tasted the wine but never got our glasses filled. Understaffed

Hatten einen wunderbaren Abend im La Côte. Die Austern waren spitze, ebenso die Vorspeise und der gegrillte Octopus zum Hauptgang. Mein Favorit war das Sashimi.

It is quite an expensive place, but I have to say that the service was incredible, the food was of high quality and each dish was perfect. I can't say anything other than that it is a highly recommended site. I was surprised by the quality of the product and the detail in each dish. Visualizza piatti

Very nice atmosphere. Super welcoming and friendly service. Nice wine menu. Good cocktails. Good quality of starters. Average quality of main dish. Close call between 4 and 5 stars. But the main dish (Lasagna) just couldn’t live up to expectations, so it’s 4 stars. Might change it when I come back and have a better experience.

Das Essen ist der Hammer, da kann man nichts anderes sagen. Nur der Pulpo ist tiefgefrorene Ware, merkt man, dass er beim Grillen eingeht, schade. Austern, Kalbsbries.. alles top! Preis etwas höherklassig. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass der Kellner mit 7€ (auf 223€ Rechnung) unzufrieden war und es auch so ausgestrahlt hat. Das darf so nicht sein.

Just another overrated restaurant in Berlin. Very noisy, very loud music. The food was ok, but nothing special. Don’t call a corn soup ‚polenta‘, don’t call a desert made of cream ‚whipped panna cotta‘ and don’t call a Riesling Cabinet ‚Sweet Wine’. A bit weird: the dishwasher is in the same room, where oysters and the (raw) beef tartare is made. The plain oysters were some of the best you can get in berlin, the polenta was a nice surprise, not how nonna would make it but still delicious. The croquettes were rich but not too heavy. the fish was perfectly cooked and the colours and flavours of the dish were amazing. The food didn’t leave us stuffed (wonderful) so we even got to try desert. The miso chocolate mouse was a bit intense but the tonka bean and lemon zest of the pannacotta was seriously nostalgic. 10/10.

Recht eng. Fur ein Restaurant dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich mehr Platz und ein gediegeneres Ambiente. Pseudo chick halt. Das Essen ist zT sehr gut, aber mit Ausfällen, z.B. die Lasagne ist klein, mampfig und langweilig. Warum die Weingläser ohne Volumen Angabe in der Karte aufgeführt sind erklärt sich schnell: kleine Gläser mit ca 1,2 dl zum Preis von 3 dl oder mehr an anderen Orten wo der Wein besser ist, zumindest der eine den wir getrunken haben war der teuerste Durchhänger seit langem. Und beim Zahlen war es fast unmöglich einen selbstgewählten Betrag für das Trinkgeld zu geben, während gross die Tasten für 10, 15 oder 20% das Eingabefeld dominierten.

Saturday evening Berlin and we have a reservation in the “La Côte” a small but fine restaurant (also bar in the Schillerkiez). The map is in southern Europe. We start with an aperitif and read through the snacks (fresh bread and butter, Olive Co , which, as it is called "small plate" (appearants between 9 16 € and "big plate") the main dishes. The choice falls on salmon and rintertatar in the panipuri (fried bread, burrata in the first course. The sections are expedient and fall on the second gear. I have with fennel salad with grapefruit (14€, my companion Ravioli with spinach, pears and goat cheese (13€). I couldn't decide for a next time. We're tired now. Theoretically! Practically we ord...
