"in a pleasant setting, supported by beautiful freshly filled canvases, we have spent an excellent time of conviviality and gastronomy. the tomatoes of the garden: a party, the new entrance: the black pork carpaccio is a pleasure: a small spoon of spoof will give a whip to this pretty dish! The service is very nice and very hot. small note to follow = cocktails are a little expensive in my opinion. I recommend without hesitation: to be noted by booking, you must ask for a very pleasant terrace placement!"

Cet établissement est certainement devenu l'adresse incontournable de la restauration à Céret. Un sans faute du début à la fin, que ce soit pour le service attentif et sympathique ou pour la cuisine et la présentation des plats.Nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner.

Nous revenons chaque année et c'est chaque fois un plaisirs. Des gens professionnels, attentifs et souhaitant faire plaisir. C'est également le cas de la cuisine, présentation, goût, choix des produits. Service un peu long pour ce samedi soir mais nous reviendrons c'est certain. Lorsque c'est bon l'attente est moins lourde à supporter.A l'année prochaine !!!Merci

Menu 25 € le midi avec 3 plats.Entrée beignets de morue,Plat principal: poisson (raie). Dessert très bon (baba au rhum maison).Malheureusement le Chef semble adorer le coriandre; il en met partout. Dans les entrées et dans les plats principaux.Cuisine acceptable mais pas re cherchée.Gros problème par contre dans le service. Deux personnes pour 35 personnes qui n'arrivent pas à maitriser. C'est notre restaurant préféré du coin il n'y a rien à redire , tout est exquis du début à la fin !! Entrée plat désert à tomber par terre ... Service impeccable, le gérant ainsi que sa serveuse sont toujours aux petits soins des clients et de très bons conseils !! C'est la troisième fois que nous y venons depuis l'ouverture et nous y reviendrons !!Passage obligé pour les amateurs de très bonne cuisine.

Nous venons regulierement manger a l atelier de Fred et ce avec beaucoup de plaisir. Les produits sont de qualite et cuisines avec talent, le service est impeccable. C est a chaque fois un moment tres agreable. Il y a une vraie recherche dans l elaboration des plats, une relle reflexion dans la demarche qualite, un vrai engagement dans le circuit court. Le meilleur restaurant de Ceret et de loin, une adresse incontournable du Vallespir.
