"The setting is quite memorable in the sunset. Dignified with the gastronomic name, the homage card to Yvon offers incredible flavours, associations and textures. The staff also corresponded to the great standing of the establishment and exchanged very pleasantly with us. (We were 4 thirty-year-old men and the evening never seemed to have been gusted as it may be in other establishments or as it was the case at the table of other customers who did not have the same expectations as us. A very good point but it's personal. Anyway, for any great occasion, don't hesitate, you'll keep a wonderful souvenir! NB: Digestive rates are slightly excessive. NB2: The leader, whom we did not know, came to greet us and briefly exchange with us when we left. Thank you very much to Mr. Loubet and his teams."

"We stopped completely by chance and it was a great surprise. The dish of the day, a thigh of duck with orange sauce accompanied by small spelt and vegetables, was divine. I don't remember so much enjoying a duck-based dish until today. Nice to meet you, I was tempted by the dessert of the day: a strawberry tiramisu. I've had a treat here too. All on the terrace, sunny and quiet despite the road not far away. And to crown a super pleasant welcome with special mention to the young woman with whom we could have discussed the hours. To recommend the closed eyes and I sincerely hope to return one day to this adorable village can be at the Christmas season for the nursery!!"

"I went there late July with my wife an young daughter. The restaurant is located within the premises of the hotel which is superb and the atmosphere can not be faulted. The service was good but somewhat a bit mechanical which is what sometimes you find in those starred restaurants; the sommelier (la sommeliere in fact) was excellent however. The big let down is the food where the complexities and various subtleties in your plate and aside (endless amuse bouches) miss the point of what should be a unique experience and flavorsome food; it ends up feeling very unremarkable. As for the prices, they are eye-watering but at least we will take full responsibility for that as we made the booking fully expecting it. P Calmels"

"Refined cuisine, presentation of very neat dishes, hot breads served in accompaniment. The kitchen is gastronomic, the plates are beautiful and the quantities served are well studied. Menu formula: entry, main dish and dessert for €49,00 excluding drinks. The menu is relatively limited to offer fresh, seasonal and qualitative products. Beautiful wine and champagne map, wide choice of digestives of beautiful invoice. The service is attentive, professional. The restaurant works as a concept store: furniture such as lamps, dishes, paintings, etc., are for sale. Nice address. I put a 4-star because there's a little I don't know what's missing to win the fifth star. I wish I was in the pretty vaulted room rather than stuck between the bar and the reception desk. We would probably have had to ask when booking; We didn't think about it at that moment. Attention to the online reservation system which is visibly at its beginnings and which knows a few bugs."

"The Cafe de France in La Coste provides a great view of the neighboring village of Bonnieux. We ate lunch there on a beautiful September day and enjoyed everything about our meal. Most of us ate large salads and drank Rose as we discussed the...view and topography. The service was prompt and efficient, and all seven of us agreed that we would like to come back to this cafe. This cafe is in the background of a short scene in the film A Good Year."
