This place offers fantastic food and fantastic service. I have had the luck to have eaten here 4 times now and it’s always a top experience. The menu is changed regularly but the quality doesn’t change, it’s amazing. A real experience when it comes to flavours, colours and service. Thank you

We came to see Pamplona and visit this restaurant and it was so worth it! Total explosion of tastes and almoust orgasmic experiance. For me something completely new and in best five I have ever eaten. We had memory menù, totally adjustable to gluten free also. Staff and chéf are simply brilliant. Nothing more to say except thanky you!

Excelente experiencia en Mixtura. Como fuimos varias personas pudimos probar una gran variedad de platos y la mayoría no decepcionaron. A destacar en especial el tartar de pirenaica y el lomo saltado, así como el ceviche y las bebidas. Me decepcionó la causa pero en general muy buena experiencia, el mejor restaurante peruano en Navarra

Menú degustación. Me pareció corto y con porciones escasas. Me fui con hambre. La camarera nos explicaba los platos demasiado deprisa, casi en automático y sin interés. De lo comido de todos modos destaco: pulpo y hamachi. La causa de los dos nortes mal lograda y el postre (el maizal) no se merece entrar en la degustación IMO, no sabía a nada.

Espectacular! Ambiente, comida, servicio.. no puedo poner pegas a absolutamente nada. Es la tercera vez que vamos y siempre salimos con la misma sensación. Si, no es barato ya que acabas pidiendo cócteles (muy recomendables) y postres que suman.. pero si quieres probar esa comida y pagar poco , puedes. Repito; increíble!!! Volveremos, gracias!!!

I have recently discover this restaurant in Pamplona, and I already went twice there. Both days I got the regular menu : 1 small appetizer (house choice 1 entree 1 main course 1 dessert for 28 euros. All dishes that I tried were fantastic! I particularly enjoyed the chaufa rice, the octopus yaki-cucho. The sirloin wok (solomillo al Wok was also very good, although I think it could be improved if the meat chucks are cut into smaller pieces. Dessert was also superb. Another thing that I found confusing is that the size of the entrees and the size main courses is quite heterogeneous: some entrees are relatively small (e.g. the yaki-cucho and other are quite big (e.g. the chaufa rice ; some main...
