a very interesting place, the dining room, with kitchen at sight is really nice. we taste the tasting menu and the truth that very well, the various dishes go varied with intense and new flavors that we got a lot.

This place offers fantastic food and fantastic service. I have had the luck to have eaten here 4 times now and it’s always a top experience. The menu is changed regularly but the quality doesn’t change, it’s amazing. A real experience when it comes to flavours, colours and service. Thank you

We came to see Pamplona and visit this restaurant and it was so worth it! Total explosion of tastes and almoust orgasmic experiance. For me something completely new and in best five I have ever eaten. We had memory menù, totally adjustable to gluten free also. Staff and chéf are simply brilliant. We wanted to go and the experience was worth it. we have taken the tasting menu and it has been a festival of flavors, colors.. the presentation and the exquisite service. really, we enjoyed it and I recommend it 100.% only and, for the purpose of improving, because I suppose it is something that benefits everyone, I would like to point out that the service, though always correct and kind, has seemed a little bit of a shrug, but, in general, a fantastic experience.

a very nice place, that when you enter it surprises you. I understood the good score that you have as soon as I appreciated the set of everything. the most delicious, original food, and it enters through the eyes. We order crispy sushi, asian roll, rice chaufa ze chicken and tataki of red tuna. I thought everything was delicious! Maybe the tuna is scarce for the price. I am allergic to nuts, and we wanted to ask for dessert chocolate manjari, and for my delight, they were also doing it without nuts, we must ask! we loved the detail of the water bottle when sitting, the service and bread for 1 euro per person, more than acceptable. good service and speed. If I come back, I'll be right back.

I have recently discover this restaurant in Pamplona, and I already went twice there. Both days I got the regular menu : 1 small appetizer (house choice 1 entree 1 main course 1 dessert for 28 euros. All dishes that I tried were fantastic! I particularly enjoyed the chaufa rice, the octopus yaki-cucho. The sirloin wok (solomillo al Wok was also very good, although I think it could be improved if the meat chucks are cut into smaller pieces. Dessert was also superb. Another thing that I found confusing is that the size of the entrees and the size main courses is quite heterogeneous: some entrees are relatively small (e.g. the yaki-cucho and other are quite big (e.g. the chaufa rice ; some main...
