me and my boyfriend came the other day for food we both had the cheese and bacon burger it was delicious! hannah was very nice and made the experience there fantastic we really enjoyed it and will definitely be back soon!!

This was a super fun night, always great entertainment and the bar staff are lovely. We had some delay on food but the staff offered us a free round and Hannah saw to it amazingly. Great customer service and great environment.

We had a table booked for 7 30 to celebrate my brother's belated 60th. The service was so poor and so slow. Food was bland when it finally came. We did not get our main until 9pm. To add to this a member of our party had ordered a additional dish it never came with no explanation. They may have been short staffed but customer service needs to improve.

A late afternoon/ very early evening meal. We ordered via the QR code on the table, although you can order at the bar if you prefer! Our meals took less than 20 minutes to be served. They were hot and enjoyable and in nice comfortable surroundings. There was a good choice of cask conditioned ales and other drinks available. Would definitely recommend it.

We arrived around 1:45pm on Sunday. The pub wasn’t too busy, which made the long wait of over 45 minutes for the food inexcusable. When the good was brought out it did not match the description on the menu with several items missing. When we queried this, some but not all, of the items were brought out in separate bowls and we did receive an apology. Having said that the food was well cooked and tasty. We’ve ordered from here a few times via Deliveroo and the first couple of times were absolutely fine and the food was great, the last 3 times have been awful! Mainly due to the orders being wrong, due to allergies the burger has been ordered plain which is clearly on the deliveroo receipt attached to the bag but every time the pub gets it wrong honestly it’s like they plaster extra sauce on so the person can’t eat it and end up just having chips! it’s also previously done this with others items so I wouldn’t recommend ordering through delivery Apps.

If you want cold food served by uninterested staff, the. You won’t be disappointed. We went fir lunch , one ordered soup and a toasted ciabatta, the other hunters chicken off the Ember Classics menu. The soup was cool , the ciabatta similar. No spoon fir the soup, no knife for the butter, The hunters chicken came dry, no bbq sauce. Came today with my 3 and 1 year old and their grandma for lunch before we went to Kinderhub next door. I always feel anxious about taking them out in case of tantrums etc as they are so little and obviously no concept of how to conform socially in that environment but knew it was a family friendly pub. Ordered them meals off kids menu and the staff kindly accepted requests to serve on a plate to cool quicker. The food was fine and as you’d expect for the venue and price.
