"This is my 2nd visit to this place inside a year and I was somewhat disappointed with my return compared to the first. we were a party of 14 and it was booked weeks before and on arrival they said they had no booking. Despite still having that call on my phone records it still was not listed. We did mange to get seated after a bit of humming and arhing and was told we will have a wait for food. The food was spot on as normal so no complaints but I was feeling a bit rough overnight with an upset tummy and that can happen when I eat a heavy meal which was fish and chips. A member of my party was very sick indeed and all the next day and he also had fish and chips. It is possible he just a had a bug which was coincidental. I put it down to co-incidence because the food here is very good but the non booking put me off from returning for a third time."

Friendly attentive young staff. Excellent food in a very well thought out and decorated high roofed dining g room. They even had real ale on hand pumps in such an up market establishment

Enjoyed a 3 course meal last night. Plenty of space. Really nice interior which gives it a rustic, country feel. Great menu, excellent food and a caring team. Thanks guys. We’ll be back :

Well this is the 12th visit. Well worth the drive over there best steak we've had in ages, will deffo keep coming here. Cannot beat the price anywhere for two 10oz rump steaks and a bottle of wine

This is worthy of 5 stars from me, we often forget about The Manor as it’s situated in Old Denaby and not on a main thoroughfare, however, once inside the decor is modern and spotless, the food has always been excellent pub food, it doesn’t pretend to be gastro but the food is excellent. Worth a visit

We went for a birthday celebration meal. The first time I'd been in 10 years plus. The decor looked good. The 16 of us were in a nice private area. Service was good. The bar was a little slow and out of stock of draft ale. Everyone's food was good quality, no complaints at all, several compliments. Good choice on the menu. I'll try this place again.

Called in today when there was a wedding on. Food had obviously been served before. Waited at bar to be served as the young lad didn't look interested. But got drink and asked for a menu. 20 mins later we ordered food, which sounded great. 5 mins later was told they weren't serving food until much later. Absolute shambles of organisation. Had to leave hungry and disappointed. Poor.

If you are prepared to spend a little more money on a sunday lunch and treat yourself and a loved one.. and or family/ special occasion, I really recommend Manor Farm..it has gone upscale (for those who have not been for a while.. amazing lunch..the only reason for not giving it 5 stars was the extra money to be paid for pigs in blankets n cauliflower cheese..but the cauli/cheese was just like clarified butter n melted cheese, not in a sauce..but a minor thing.. The staff were absolutely lovely n couldn't do enough to help..! gorgeous..THANKS..!!
