"We visited The Wheelhouse early one morning and were pleased to find that it was open before most other cafes in the area. We felt very welcome and enjoyed a delicious breakfast with tea served in a pot. We regret not having enough room to try their tempting cakes and scones. Brilliant little place. Lovely family restaurant, good food and very reasonably priced. Always had an excellent meal, in particular the home made quiche!

The staff was friendly, and the homemade pies and quiches were delicious. The restaurant was clean and tidy with both indoor and outdoor seating. I would definitely recommend this place.

Loved it! Breakfast is such excellent value. Really friendly couple who served me, my husband and 91 year old dad with super breakfasts on 2 mornings this week. Thank you. Will be back soon!

We have been having lunch here for many years every time we visit Minehead. The food is always fresh, a variation of cakes too if you just want a coffee and a slice of cake. Nice friendly atmosphere.

We called in before taking the grandkids to the cinema on a wet-ish August weekday. We were able to sit outside as it was just dry enough at the time. We enjoyed toasties and cheese sandwiches. All good with friendly counter service while watching holiday makers strolling by.

I discovered Lovely Coffee while exploring Minehead and stumbled upon a table outside in the beautiful sunshine. We ordered 2 lattes, a flat white, and a cappuccino for a total of £10.90, which was a reasonable price. The weather was lovely and we enjoyed our coffees outside in the sun.

We have just stayed at Butlin's for the week and visited this café several times when we walked into town. The food was great and much better than the same meals being served in the restaurant at Butlin's. We thoroughly recommend the baguettes and breakfasts! Thank you for our yummy lunch, we would definitely return!
