Excellent! The food was outstanding and the service was even better. The young woman who attended to our table was fantastic. She entertained us with her humor while remaining highly efficient. The atmosphere was pleasant as well.

The food was excellent, the staff was knowledgeable and professional. They took their time with us and there was no pressure to rush. The wine selection was impressive, and the sommelier was well-informed, even though he seemed a bit anxious when he learned I own a wine company.

another great meal. I have to say it's a very long time 2 years since we were here last, so it felt like a real tasty bite that goes out here the afternoon. I will always say it is best to book lunch, as they do not want to miss out on the amazing view from the restaurant. the jetty is without doubt the best restaurant in the christchurch and bournemouth area, but safe to book in advance as it is very popular. service, eating and drinking can not be faultless and the price worth. my man and I had on 8. august 2022 lunch in the jetty to celebrate my birthday. we had a wonderful experience. the restaurant is located in a beautiful, quiet location with views of the sea. eating was delicious and the personal very professional, friendly and efficient. the service was excellent and we felt really very appreciated and well maintained. that was our first visit, but certainly not the last. many thanks to the team that I took care of us so well and made it possible for me to celebrate my special day in style! My friend and I had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The location was stunning, with a view of Mudeford Quay. The only issue was that I had to wear sunglasses while finishing my meal due to the sunlight. The portions were generous for the price we paid. We opted for the a la carte menu and ended up having three courses, along with a bottle of wine and two cocktails. The total bill, including the service charge, came to just over £200. Perfection has certainly been mastered through the warmest of welcomes to attentive service providing distinguished service delivering the ultimate experience of fine dining. This was our honeymoon meal and we were absolutely blown away. The choices were overwhelming and exciting. We thoroughly enjoyed oysters, rustic tomato soup, mushroom risotto (out of this world good), Jetty Shatshimi (outstanding), seafood curry, halibut and chocolate parlain served with a construction plate to accompany dessert. This restaurant was fantastic. My partner and I stayed in the New Forest for New Year's and decided to have dinner here one evening. The night before New Year's Eve was quiet, but we were pleasantly surprised to see the restaurant bustling. The staff were polite (our waitress was excellent, very attentive but not intrusive). All three courses were spot-on (well, technically four if you count the cockle popcorn we had as a pre-starter, which was amazing).
