"Unfortunately, I can't rate the food and the selection of drinks because we never saw the drinks menu. The ambiance was actually very nice. We wanted to go for a drink after the market in Arta as there were still some shady seats available in this restaurant. The service was friendly at the beginning but rather reserved in their behavior towards us. 5 minutes later, a family of 4 came in and the waitress ran over to take our order, we were still waiting to place an order. The same scenario with another family, they are being served and we are still waiting, 15 minutes have passed, I draw attention to myself and say to the service employee that we have been waiting for 15 minutes and were there first; you aggressive tone what we want to drink now? My response: “We are leaving now as she serves all the guests who came after us and makes us wait.” The best answer ever from the waitress was seriously: “The big groups bring money and we don't and I'm uneducated” I mean that's how you talk to guests in this locality. I would be seriously ashamed to treat guests like this, a guest is a guest and if you don't bring decency, respect, friendliness and professionalism to the guest, you are generally wrong in the hospitality industry. Central and pleasant place. They attended to us without any problem after 11pm and special attention for the children. The waiters were very kind to us and worried that we didn't miss anything. They made an effort to understand us in Catalan, unlike other bars in the same square. Special preference for spaghetti carbonara, pizza with buffalo cheese and salads. We'll be back
