We had a superb family meal to celebrate our 40th. wedding anniversary. Very friendly and helpful staff, great atmosphere and delicious food at a reasonable price. Good safety measures. Will look forward to visiting again.

What a great experience we had here . The food and service was fantastic. Visited for the first time and we were absolutely blown away by the standard of food in this little gem . Excellent staff with super friendly service. Highly recommended .

We were bought a meal voucher for Va Bene by our son for our wedding anniversary. He had eaten here several times and recommended it.The food was excellent, especially the steaks with a good choice of accompanying sauces. Hadn’t visited Va Bene for a number of years and was not disappointed my memory served me well. Excellent service from beginning to end when I visited with family members last Wednesday. The owner ? is extremely attentive and you can see he loves his restaurant and only wants the best for his customers and the young staff follow his example. The food was delicious, served piping hot and the portions were generous. Good value for money. Already planning my next visit.

Friendly staff offering good service and nice food but the restaurant was cold and there were so many lights on that it felt like a canteen rather than the “warm, intimate venue” it is described as on the website. A lot of people were sat in their coats! Would be much better with the heating on (it’s December), the main ceiling lights turned off and some little tea lights on the tables. The carpet isn’t nice and the loos need upgrading. Would like to try again if there was a bit of a refurb.

We visited Va Bene for the first time last weekend and will definitely go again. We were made to feel welcome on arrival and shown to our table straight away. The staff were friendly and knowledgable about the menu and our food and drinks order were taken quickly. We had garlic bread to start which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted. Food arrived quickly and was fresh, hot and tasted amazing. My husband had the seafood risotto which was loaded with fish compared to a few measly prawns that you get in most places. We were served by Emily who was smiley, efficient and clearly enjoys working there. Lovely atmosphere, fantastic place! Highly recommend. Visualizza piatti
