"Avoid this place! It may look swanky from the outside but the customer service is abhorrent! I wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in our food. We ordered 1 cheese pizza and one pepperoni pizza (off their menu). The server messed up (normally not an issue for me) and brought us one peperonchini pepper pizza instead of the pepperoni. I told her that’s not what we ordered and she immediately went on the defense and was accusing me of the mistake and said that “pepperoni is how you say peperonchini in German”, which is true but the Beef Pepperoni pizza is on their menu and there is no Pepper pizza on the menu…. Then rushed off and was gone for about a minute or so without a word to us. She came back and I asked her to replace the pizza with what we actually ordered. She did but it came back SUPER spicy. This was for my 7 year old son. Nowhere on the menu did it say the pizza was supposed to be spicy. I didn’t bring it up though because I was ready to leave. Then when paying for the bill she had the audacity to ask how much I’ll be tipping her, to which I replied I would consider tipping after she ran the card. When she brought me the bill I noticed she charged me twice for the pepperoni add on and when I asked her what that was all about she got jittery and exasperated and exclaimed “this is all I can do because I had to remove the other pizza and ring in a new one”, again kind of blaming me and forcing me to pay for her mistakes. I asked if I could get clarification from a manger, and listen to me because this is the best part… she walked maybe 10 steps, turned back around and told me “she’s not here today, sorry. This is the best I can do for you.” My eyes almost popped out of my head! She didn’t even go far enough to make it seem like she even tried to look for a manger! And then expects me to believe that no manager is on duty for a large restaurant?! I don’t mind mistakes, it happens to everyone, but outright blaming me, then the terrible attitude and then asking for a tip was gross."

Our pizzas were really nice, mine (quattro formaggi with a good amount of cheese, nice price/quality ratio, and the attention from our waitress was awesome, she was always around if we needed anything :

Pizza, Pasta and a large modern restaurant this says it all. It's clean, spacious and a great place for large groups, as it had lots of big tables. I had Pizza and Rocket salad, both of which were delicious. If you're looking for this kind of food in a fairly informal restaurant then you won't be disappointed.

Avoid at all costs ! Terrible treat throughtout the stay. Especially the employee/guard at the entrance very aggressively spoke to us and to my partner, demanding very rudely to see our passports, vaccination status (totally discriminatory) and complaining that our masks were not fpp2. Very bold, aggressive and with bad attitude. Terrible staff, terrible restaurant. Precooked, deepfrozen meals, and the manager with unacceptable behaviour. TOTALLY AVOID this discriminatory place. On top of it the food was a shame !
