Friendly, excellent food, and could not have been better for gluten free options. It was also open for a late lunch when all other places in Seaford were closing.

You need to book ahead such is the well justified reputation of this small restaurant. The welcome and ambience coupled with appropriate Covid precautions encouraged us to relax and peruse the tempting menu. For the main course I chose the lamb from the specials board...which was delicious.

What a wonderful place. The waiting staff would not be more helpful with trying to entertain small kids but also recommending the best of the area for us to go to on a rainy day. The food was DELICIOUS. We had some glorious seafood and...when we asked for kids meals “ we can make anything smaller or try to make what they want” is a great response. The kids loved it as did we. What a brilliant restaurant.

We visited Diella’s whilst on holiday after it came recommended by another local business. Safe to say, it was an excellent recommendation. The food was superb. We ordered a variety of meals, from steak, to lamb, to pizza; each was of the highest order. The...owner, Stefano, really made the evening. The warm welcome made us feel like one of the locals, and his sense of humour is excellent. If you like Italian, I couldn’t recommend this place any more highly.

We booked for a table of as we travelled down from Weymouth, Dorset. Excellent food and impeccable service. We ate from the set lunch menu, there was an understandable error , ordering one of the mains, this was immediately rectified , with...my husband having two meals served to him. The pavlovas are to die for , totally recommend and the creme brûlée fantastic. Generous portions, would definitely recommend. Spent a good hour looking for a restaurant around seaford and Newhaven, lucky we found Diellas, the menu is not over priced yet the food is lovely, the owner is great and very knowledgeable and helpful, while Julie was fantastic her ability To know when...people needed her attention was perfectly timed, the owner was always on hand to pass on a story or two from his wealth of knowledge! As for the food Stunning and great value for money, I’m not surprised there was returning customers as everyone is treated with such friendships, I had a strange dessert of mixed berries soup oh I say! Try it you won’t be disappointed, and you wont want to leave as many didn’t while we were there staying for...

I didn't have high expectations as I was just grateful to find an Italian restaurant within walking distance from where we were staying for my Fiancée's birthday. But this place was fantastic. It was a traditional homely unpretentious Italian restaurant. The atmosphere was buzzing at...the right level. The food was cooked to perfection. I had the Gamberoni all' aglio starter and wow! An old fashioned Italian restaurant that has obviously been successful for many years with a loyal local clientele. The decor was ok if somewhat tired but, as said, has to be successful so why change? The owner is a great guy, larger than life and...very accommodating and funny. His second is a little less outward going and does not seem to enjoy his job much but could be it was just a bad day for him which after the last number of months is entirely understandable.
