"Just had our first visit at Olio after many attempts at booking but always fully booked. Not disappointed at all. Fabulously tasting and presented food. Starters were amazing, mains were gorgeous and huge portions, and the tiramisu was the best we've ever tasted. The surroundings were intimate and the staff so friendly. Number 1 restaurant in Chelmsford and can't wait to visit again. Thank you Olio."

The menu choice is excellent, the staff are very friendly helpful and the food was fantastic. The fish mixed grill was fantastic the lemon tart with pine nuts was YUM!!! We will definately be back for more. 10/10. Very highly recommended.

yesterday we decided to eat in aglio e olio. the service was perfect, very fast and careful. the restaurant was also very clean. the presentation of eating was great, the portions were great, and eating was delicious! whomever decides to visit london, aglio e olio should be on the list! much fun! olio restaurant must not be missed if they like to eat Italian; we stayed in chelmsford for a few days and had a table for Sunday night, all I can say is wow! the staff was attentive and friendly and the food was scary. my son said that the strawberry and dipped cream cake was the best he had ever tasted! would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Came in for a family meal and was dreading it with my little boy thinking it was maybe slightly to intimate and quiet and he was gonna struggle in there. But the staff couldn't have been more amazing, accommodating and friendly towards him. They were absolutely fantastic and I couldn't recommend this restaurant enough for a big family meal. The dinner was lovely and the service was quick!
