Abbiamo avuto una cena fantastica da Tano passami l'olio. Il cibo era delizioso, l'atmosfera molto piacevole, ma soprattutto abbiamo apprezzato il servizio gentile, caloroso e accogliente. Il team di servizio ci ha fatto sentire davvero a casa. Ho trovato la degustazione di olio d'oliva molto interessante; siamo stati in molti ristoranti stellati Michelin, ma era la prima volta che partecipavamo a una degustazione di olio d'oliva. Il cibo era eccezionale, merita sicuramente un punteggio di 5. Ogni piatto era preparato con cura e qualità. Anche il servizio è stato impeccabile, con il personale attento e cordiale, quindi merita anch'esso un 5. Name I 've known for years but never tried. Refined environment and well managed by both the owners and the dining room staff. Immediately excellent impression upon reception and presentation of the table, adequate space, comfortable chairs, round table which, if for more than two, should be the best choice for a prestigious venue. The menscelto is definitely valid. Creative, balanced. Well explained in each proposal, it turned out really good and definitely deserves the Michelin star. I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. I made a reservation 3 weeks in advance. My reservation was confirmed and I was required to put a card on file for a potential $300 charge if I was a no show. The restaurant cancelled the reservation 4 days ahead of our scheduled dinner. Note that we were scheduled to leave the country the day after our reservation and were making a special trip to Milan just for this experience. The restaurant was not apologetic and didn’t offer a solution. They said they forgot they booked a private event. Food: 5/5 It was a 6 courses menu, mainly fish. Amazing flavors and great combinations. I really appreciated the foie gras and the squid (in the glass). Very interesting the transparent dumpling. Appreciated the oil tasting. The only thing that I would change is the amount of “air” on top of the ravioli (that by itself were great) because from my personal point of view was really too much and not adding a lot to the dish.
